MARC Residences & Service Apartment Promotional Item

Located at Bukit Mertajam, Penang, Residences is dedicated to providing comfortable and luxurious accommodation to its customers. From the design concept of the condominium, the designer extracted the elements of 'elegance, modernity, simplicity, style and sophistication' and utilised them to form the design style of the brochure.

The brochure is designed as a 4-fold page. When the full page is opened, the whole will show a simple yet atmospheric appearance. As for the layout, there are mostly pictures and relatively little text, so that less space is taken up by text. When the image is enlarged it can be presented in a cross-page format, thus clearly showing the best parts of the image and optimising the visual effect.
