The design of each page gives this Bulletin a slightly lively feel to the robustness. In contrast to the previous conservative design, the layout is more liberal, so as to appeal to a younger audience. Secondly, the layout colours vary on each page and the different colour combinations give a youthful, vibrant, lively, and mischievous feel, making them particularly enjoyable to read.
